Hi,

When you add a new contract to the database, you've to give a name, others
things, and a description. 

Then when you create (or edit) a project, you can especify a Contract ID, and
there's a combobox with the content os the contract's DESCRIPTION. I suppose
that the normal thing is the ID or name of the contract, not its description,
because the description can be blank, and is not a normal thing.
